Bill with the Thornton Relief Road

Another jumping on the bandwagon edition.   Bill claims on his website that he's responsible for getting the approval of the Thornton Relief Road (strange as the campaign has been going on for a very long time before he even moved to Sefton from Kent).  No doubt Bill will soon be announcing he is responsible for every road build project in the UK - as long as it's politically popular for him.
